We would expect a baseline audit of what is happening at the outset.

We will ensure that you receive measurable progress reports from your managers and leaders by ensuring that they accept and understand their accountability and responsibility because if change is to truly be effective and lasting there has to be 100% commitment by all parties involved in the process; we will be totally committed to your success.

Confidentiality, this will be adhered to by all parties involved.

We would require a designated point of contact so that we can give regular feedback and discuss any potential issues.
