We use an acclerated coaching model which has been developed over the last eight years.
The model is totally Results Focussed and provides measurable and evidenced outcomes .
Coaching can take place day on day for a few minutes and the results at the end of the year are exponential.
The model is about the individual accepting their accountability and responsibilty in delivering their Key Performance Indicators.
The trainers and coaches are all highly skilled individuals who come from a variety of backgrounds and are more than aware of the importance for any business or organisation to achieve the Key performance Indicators.
The aim of one to one work is to:
- Ensure that they fully understand their profile and recognise healthy and average/unhealthy behavioures which will impact on their working performance
- For them to understand what their natural core motivational drivers really are and how to exploit these
- Practice being in their Natural State and not functioning from within the emotional frame, where communication and decision making skills can be severely affected
- Understand and accept their accountability and responibility for their behaviour, actions and work performance
- Reduce stress, improve morale and work performance; an Improved Work Life Balance
